Whilst we try to accurately describe each oil, please bear in mind that it is based on our experience of the oil, and most notes mentioned are only resemblances to that note, not 100% identical representations.
We mention this because hyped up descriptions of oils are unfortunately very common in the market now, and customers may rely on them to make a purchase, only to discover that the oils are not as described.
To give you peace of mind when buying from Ashworth Oud, and as a mark of confidence in our oils, we offer Full Refunds on all orders within 3 days of receipt* (not including shipping – see below).
With each order, your original bottle will be sealed along with a tiny sample of the same oil in a separate vial. Please test the oil from the vial first; once the seal on the original bottle is broken or damaged, we will not be able to accept any returns for it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must still be sealed and in its original packaging.
To return an oil, please keep it in a dark, cool and dry place. Pack it securely and safely and post it back to us within 3 days of receipt and you will be refunded once we have received it in its original condition.
Please note that sample sizes (0.3g) are not eligible for return.
To return your product, please mail your product to the return address on the package.
Please note that as we are a small company, we cannot afford to cover the shipping costs incurred, either to or from.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We will attempt to process refunds on the same day of receipt, but please note that refunds will typically take at least a few working days to arrive in your account, and can sometimes be delayed with the bank or credit card company, or other factors outside of our control.
